1.Construction or Remove Cells
Before you create a wonderful tower, you should better to built on top of a very strong foundation. All stores, facilities and decorations have to build in the blank cells. When you are going to add new cells for the tower, you can click “Customize” button at bottom right corner of game firstly, and then click on the surround space of the building. The new cell is added very well. As shown the flowing figures:
If you don't like the present cells, please click the button "remove" , on the lower right corner of game, then click the cell which you like to remove, so the cell can be removed successfully.
2.Establish and Remove Stores and facilities
Before establish a store or facility, the first step is to check if there are enough blank cells in your tower to do it. Next, you can open the interface of customize to choose your favorite store or facility. Click it and click the place you want to establish on blank cells. Quit the interface and congratulate to you , the new store or facility can run.
Same as to remove cells, you can also remove what you don't like stores or facilities. please click the button "remove" , on the lower right corner of game, then click the store or facility which you like to remove. After that, the store can be removed forever, but you can see the removed facilities in your warehouse.
3.Warehouse
You can put the items what you don't need in your warehouse. Except stores, you can pick up all items and you can keep them in the warehouse
Also, there is a place to keep the rewards after you success finished events.
4.Ads for store business
As a good business man, you need to do more marketing activities to promote your store. That marketing plan will help increase the customers to visit your tower and get more profits. If you can see there is a red Sandwich Board like , at the front of a store, please click it and begin to make an advertisement plan for the store. Just hover your mouse on the store, you can check the estimation time of the marketing plan, like .
5.My customer energy value was used up!?
Increase your customer energy value through the following ways:
Before loginning, you have a chance to enter our lucky drawing to get energy package.
Click "Shopping Mall", then click"Facilities" .
So energy package is available in "Customer Energy".
Energy package will be found in "Items", which is included in "Warehouse". Click it to use.
Visiting your friends everyday, you can get the prize of customer energy.
You can get the prize of customer energy through some of "Collections" and "Finished the task" in the game.
During a particular period, some facilities can produce energy.
6.How to increase the maximum value of customer energy?
While increasing your building level, the maximum value of customer energy will increase, too.
Some special facilities in "Shopping Mall"can increase the maximum value.
FAQs
1.Why I can't see my Joy Tower friends after refresh?
Because there is no feedback sometimes because the data servers can't response soon sometime. Please wait for few minutes and try to refresh the game.
2.I can't create a new store.
Whether you add a new store or a facility, you have to place it on blank cells, and the number of cells reach the conditions of the store or the facility. Also, you should check you have enough Joy Coins or not.
3.I have enough Joy Coins and Joy Cash. Why I can't add more cells on my tower?
There is cell limit on each level of tower. Please check the level of tower and your cells number, like . You can see it on the top right of the interface of "Customize". Raise you level to increase your cell limit.
4.How can I visit my friends?
You can see the friends list at the bottom of game. Click the friend's photo who you like to visit, and the screen will display your friends' tower.
5.How can I get more XPs?
You can do more marketing projects with Advertising Agencies from "Facility", or create more Ads plan for stores. Besides you can get more XPs, you will earn more coins in the game.
6.I can't open the game on my computer.
You can try to play Joy Tower with Firefox or above IE7. The problem will disappear.
7.Why it often stopped to download the game?
Please deleted the cache of the browser, and reopen the browser to visit the game. The problems always happen after the game update.
8.It is very slow to visit the game.
After to update Joy Tower, it may take long time to download the game at first time.
9.I have lots of friends on Facebook, but there is few of them in Joy Tower friend list.
Please invite more your Facebook friends to play Joy Tower. If they play the game, you can visit them through Joy Tower friend list.
10.How can I add more friends in Joy Tower?
You can send to your Facebook friends gifts of Joy Tower and "Invite Friends" button to add more Joy Tower friends.
11.There are some problems like:
- often display "Waiting";
- can't remove cells;
- can't buy or sell items;
- download slowly;
- the negative number of coins
The reasons of those above problems:

How to fix
1 Shut down the other processes
2 Refresh the game more times
3 Shut down all webpage and refresh webpage again
